Sliding Scale Policy
We believe that access to advocacy guidance should not be determined by financial circumstances, particularly for individuals who are navigating job loss or reduced income following an involuntary separation.
The sliding scale is self-reported and applied with good faith. Clients requesting sliding scale pricing are asked to:
- Indicate at booking that they are requesting the sliding scale rate
- Select a rate within the listed range that is sustainable for their current situation
- No documentation of income is required
If the minimum sliding scale rate is still a barrier, please book a call with us or email us directly at navigate@minorconsultinggroup.com. We will make every effort to find a solution — including deferred payment or referral to free legal aid resources.
